In the former workshop of the building on the ground floor is an individual 82m² non-smoking holiday apartment. A private enclosed courtyard is perfect for relaxing. There are two bedrooms with two large double beds (180cm x 200cm). The well-equipped open-plan kitchen comes with a dishwasher, and is attached to a breakfast bar with bar stools. The spacious living/dining area offers plenty of space to relax and comfortable get-together. The modern bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a shower, a double washbasin and a toilet. There are two entrances to the apartment, and one of them opens out onto the courtyard. All the doors in this particular apartment is 1-metre wide. Therefore, it is ideal for travellers with wheelchairs or strollers. A baby cot is available upon request. This apartment has been detailed with a workshop theme.
